Understanding the Differences: Heart Attacks vs. Stroke

Similarly our nervous inside the brain get heated up due to excess brain work (dont mistake it as if it is only for desktop labour, everyone uses the brain at their issues, some use continuously thinking about one problem other may use it for multiplicity of problems). When we use the brain it generates heat!

When we take cold shower directly to the head or drink or eat frozen or very cold items from the fridge, this is what happens to our brain causing stroke!

In the attached video of a doctor addressing people of his experience clearly says after 38 cardiac operations in a day and half, he had an ice cream and in 10 seconds had a major stroke.

  1. Definition:
    • Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction): When blood flow is blocked to heart muscle, usually by a blood clot. Without oxygen-rich blood, the affected part of the heart begins to die.
    • Stroke (Cerebrovascular Accident): When blood flow is blocked to a part of the brain, usually by a blood clot, without oxygen-rich blood, can result in the death of brain cells.
  2. Cause:
    • Heart Attack: When the blood freezes due to sudden fear or sudden feeling of helplessness to come out of a situation, when body is hot and be in airconditioned area or do in take frozen/very cold drink (from fridge or freezer) or when the heart beat is increased to a level that heart cannot handle. Can also be due to high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and high cholesterol
    • Stroke: When the blood freezes primarily due to, the body being hot and be in airconditioned area or do in take frozen/very cold drink (from fridge or freezer) ice cream or when the brain work is high to a level that can be due to extreme work load on a day that brain did not have rest to recoup or cannot handle (instead of relaxing people generally do in take cold drink or food)  (hemorrhagic stroke= brain vessel bursts) in the brain.  Taking shower hot or cold straight to the head first on a very cold day soon after getting up from bed, eating stomach full/ hot food and within minutes having cold shower, can also lead to. Repeatedly listening to good or bad song or arguments can increase the heat in the brain cells leading to bursting brain cells. Can also be due to high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
  3. Symptoms:
    • Heart Attack: Symptoms may include chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, nausea, lightheadedness, and pain or discomfort in other areas of the upper body, such as the arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
    • Stroke: Symptoms can vary depending on the type of stroke but commonly include sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body, sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding speech, sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, sudden severe headache, and difficulty walking, dizziness, loss of balance, or coordination.
  4. Treatment:
    • Heart Attack: Person affected should be put to lying down on hard flat surface, facing up, no crossed leg, loosen the top wear, turn the face slightly to the person’s right. Call ambulance. Do CRP if you know to do. Speak softly near the year with affection say to the person to calm down and say s/he not in any major danger. DO NOT GIVE anything to eat or drink. Immediate treatment often involves medications like aspirin, clot-busting drugs (thrombolytics), and other blood-thinning medications. Procedures such as angioplasty and stent placement or coronary artery bypass surgery may be necessary to restore blood flow.
    • Stroke: Person affected should be put to lying down on hard flat surface, facing up, no crossed leg, loosen the top wear, turn the face slightly to the person’s right. Call ambulance. Do CRP if you know to do. Speak softly near the year with affection say to the person to calm down and say s/he not in any major danger. DO NOT GIVE anything to eat or drink. Treatment depends on whether the stroke is ischemic or hemorrhagic. Ischemic stroke may be treated with medications like tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) to dissolve blood clots, while hemorrhagic stroke may require surgery to repair blood vessel damage.

If we dont do a simple prevention techniques as first aid to reduce the opportunity for heart attach and stroke, the person in question may have to be on life long medication and lose quality life.
